The site was simple to use and checkout went through easily. After I paid, though, I felt a bit uneasy because I wasn’t totally sure what was happening next or whether everything was confirmed properly.

I ordered from Jacked Factory and the products themselves were totally fine once they showed up. The shipping wasn’t awful, but it did take a little longer than I expected. This is where it got annoying: the tracking barely updated, so I didn’t really know where my order was for a while. Not a terrible experience, just not the smoothest.

I’ve been happy with the flavor options from Jacked Factory. It’s nice that they have more than just the usual basic choices. Some flavors are definitely better than others, but overall they’re solid. I did take off one star because a couple of them are way too sweet for my taste, which feels kind of unnecessary.

Most of the products are upfront about what’s in them, which I appreciate. I don’t like when everything is hidden behind some huge blend, so, uh, it’s nice that their labels are usually clear. The doses seem solid too, at least for the stuff I’ve personally tried.

The only reason I’d stick with 4 stars is that a few flavors are a little sweeter than I’d like. Not a huge deal, but noticeable. Overall though, the quality seems good and I’d still buy from them again.

The main reason I keep coming back is the third-party testing. Supplements can get expensive, so I’m picky about where I spend my money, and that gives me a little more confidence that I’m not wasting it. I’m not saying it’s some miracle brand, but for the price, it feels like a safer purchase.

When it showed up, the tub was cracked and there was powder all over the place. I’d guess a decent amount spilled out, maybe enough to make a real mess in the box. Not a great experience opening it up.

It was okay overall, but it came across a little too sweet for me and the flavor just wasn’t really my favorite, like I could see someone else enjoying it if they like sweeter stuff but for my taste it was just kind of meh and not something I’d probably reach for again...

I bought their recovery stuff because I was hoping it would make a difference after my workouts, especially on the days where I’m sore and dragging a bit, but I didn’t notice much of anything and maybe it works great for some people but for me it just felt like I was taking it and waiting for something to happen and nothing really did.
I also reached out to support to ask about it and the replies were basic, like they were just copying and pasting something instead of actually reading what I said, and it took a while to hear back too so between the product not helping and the customer service being kind of underwhelming, I don’t think I’d order again.

It did what it was supposed to do, so... I can’t really complain too much. But, yeah, my stomach felt a little weird here and there after taking it. Nothing major, just kind of off sometimes

I was expecting at least a noticeable boost in focus or motivation, but I didn’t feel much of a difference. My focus felt about the same as usual, so it was a bit underwhelming for me

Maybe it’s just me, but I had a 20% discount code that wouldn’t go through at checkout and kept showing as invalid. I reached out to support, but it took a while to hear back, and when they finally responded, they only offered me a smaller discount instead. Frustrating overall

It did help my appetite feel a bit more under control, so that was nice. The cravings still showed up, of course, because apparently they weren’t ready to leave me alone completely. Overall, it helped some, just not as much as I was hoping.

Some items look like a decent deal at first, but once shipping or the lack of a solid discount gets added in, the total climbs fast. I can usually find similar supplements for less elsewhere, so I’m not sure I’ll keep ordering unless the pricing gets better.

I’ve used this a few times now, and it mixes alright, but definitely not as smoothly as I expected. I still end up with clumps unless I really shake it for a while. It’s not awful, but the way it was described made it sound like it would blend much easier than it actually does
